By accessing or using LogYourBody (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

LogYourBody is a fitness tracking application that helps users:

  • Track body weight and measurements
  • Monitor body composition changes
  • Store and organize progress photos
  • Visualize fitness progress over time
  • Sync health data from connected devices

    3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One person or legal entity may maintain only one account

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

  • You retain ownership of all content you upload
  • You grant us a license to store, process, and display your content
  • This license is solely to provide the Service to you
  • You can delete your content at any time

  • The Service and its original content (excluding user content) remain our property
  • Our trademarks, logos, and brand features are protected
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission

  • Do not use the Service to diagnose, treat, or prevent any health condition
  • Always consult qualified healthcare providers for medical advice
  • We are not responsible for any health decisions you make

    8.1 Health Data Integration

  • We integrate with Apple Health and similar services
  • These integrations are governed by their respective terms
  • We are not responsible for third-party service issues

    • 8.2 Payment Processing

  • Premium subscriptions are processed through the App Store
  • Payments are subject to Apple's terms and policies
  • We do not store payment information

  • Basic features are available at no cost
  • May include limitations on storage or features

    • 9.2 Premium Subscription

  • Unlocks additional features and storage
  • Billed through your app store account
  • Auto-renews unless cancelled
  • Refunds subject to app store policies

  • Your continued use constitutes acceptance of new Terms
  • If you disagree, you must stop using the Service

    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LogYourBody.

    If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

    16.3 No Waiver

    Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right.

    16.4 Assignment

    You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights to any successor.
